< Tequila: The Spirit of Mexico This was my first tequila book and is what got me hooked on all things tequila related. This is similar to a coffee table book with great pictures and just enough information. The Book of Tequila > An enthusiasts must have. This book was ahead of its time. It gives you an immense amount of information and is set up in a format that allows you to jump from section to section in whatever order you deem necessary. While it is hard to get, it is worth every penny if you can find it.
< Tequila: A Natural and Cultural History This book is written by two agave experts. It has a lot of information about the agaves themselves so it gives you a different focus on the tequila process. This is the only book of its kind and is beneficial for every tequila and agave lover to own. Tequila: A Traditional Art of Mexico > I truly enjoyed this book, not only is it very informative but it also has a section in the back of the book on specific tequila bottles. These bottles have information pertaining to the specific bottles and pictures as well.
< Classic Tequila This informative book is great because it fits in my back pocket. It is nice to have an informative tequila guide that can easily be carried around. Don't be surprised if you see me at the bar with this book in hand (or in my pocket). Heaven, Earth, Tequila > Heaven, Earth, Tequila is more of a picture book than an informative resource. While it does have some information it is mostly the basics of tequila. This is a good starter book and is great for pictures. Just do not expect it to teach you everything about tequila.
< The Complete Book of Spirits Mainly a spirits book, this guide provides a basic understanding of tequila, mezcal, and sotol. It does not go into tons of details but it is beneficial for all those who enjoy not only tequila but also other spirits. The Tequila Lover's Guide to Mexico > What an amazing book! It is truly a guide that any tequila enthusiast should have. It explains everything you should know when touring the distilleries in Mexico including how to get there. Reading this book is like taking a tequila tour in Mexico.
< Guia del Tequila Still Reading Artes de Mexico > Still Reading
< The Tequila Cook Book Covers ever type of recipe from food to drinks. Chapters include appetizers, soups, salads, chicken dishes, fish and seafood, meat dishes, vegetable dishes, salsas and sauces, breads, desserts, and beverages. The Tequila 1000 > Still Reading
< Tequila: A Guide to Types, Flights, Cocktails, and Bites Still Reading Tequila: Myth, Magic, and Spirited Recipes > This is one book I just cannot recommend. In my opinion, the book contains too much misinformation and opinions that are written as fact. On the bright side, it does contain some nice pictures so it is not a total loss.
